BMW Motorrad, the institutional sector of BMW for motorcycles, will hold the motorcycle festival "Party & Ride (PARTY & RIDE)" at RSG Seongsu in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong District, Seoul, on Sept. 13 and 14 for two days.
The event was organized to spread a healthy riding culture and strengthen touchpoints with customers, and it is being held together with the global action cam brand "Insta360 (Insta360)" and is open to anyone to participate without a separate participation fee.
On the outdoor deck of RSG Seongsu where "Party & Ride" will be held, the newly released completely redesigned "BMW New R 1300 R" and "BMW New R 1300 RS," launched on the 10th, will be displayed. The New R 1300 R is an agile roadster, and the New R 1300 RS is a high-performance sport tourer. Both models offer more powerful performance and greater riding comfort through the latest boxer engine, ASA automatic shifting system, and advanced electronically controlled suspension.
A variety of programs designed to pique participants' interest have also been prepared. First, on the 13th, a "DJ party" that will heat up the atmosphere on site will be held. From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., six DJs will perform in relay for one hour each over six hours, offering a diverse stage.
On the same day at 8:30 p.m., a lucky draw will be held. Raffle number tickets will be distributed to participants on site starting at 8 p.m., and winners will receive generous prizes such as BMW Motorrad lifestyle products and riding gear, 3 nights and 4 days test-ride vouchers for the R 1300 series (R 1300 RT, R 1300 R, R 1300 RS), and Insta360 cameras.
On the following 14th, participants can test-ride a variety of BMW Motorrad's latest motorcycles, including the New R 1300 R and New R 1300 RS, for 30 minutes free of charge. The test-ride program will operate from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on the 14th, and applicants must register in advance through the official Instagram profile link of BMW Motorrad Korea or sign up on site on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 3 p.m. on the 13th.
