Volvo has launched a new model that combines its iconic Cross Country with a pure electric vehicle. Volvo Car Korea unveiled the 'EX30 Cross Country' prototype to media representatives at the Volvo Cars Yongsan showroom in Yongsan, Seoul, on 4th.
The EX30CC is a model born from an adventurous attempt by Volvo. This is because it combines the brand's first pure electric SUV with the strong heritage of Cross Country. Based on the existing pure electric EX30, the body has been raised, and an all-wheel drive (AWD) system has been adopted to ensure freedom in the harsh Nordic environment.
To emphasize the unique character of Cross Country, a map of the Kebnekaise mountain range in Abisko, Sweden, along with longitude and latitude coordinates, has been engraved on the black shield at the front.
It will be released as the top-of-the-line Ultra single trim, with a selling price of 55.16 million won (price after eco-friendly tax benefits, excluding subsidies).
