Volvo has launched a new model that combines its Cross Country, which is a symbol of Volvo, with a pure electric vehicle. Volvo Car Korea revealed the actual vehicle of the 'EX30 Cross Country' to media representatives at the Volvo Cars Yongsan showroom in Yongsan, Seoul, on 4th.
EX30CC is a model born out of an adventurous attempt for Volvo. This is because it combines the strong heritage of Cross Country with the brand's first pure electric SUV. Based on the existing pure electric vehicle EX30, the vehicle's body has been elevated, and an all-wheel drive (AWD) system has been adopted to ensure freedom even in the harsh Nordic environments.
EX30CC has secured a ground clearance increased by a total of 19mm, with a 7mm increase in the tire aspect ratio and a 12mm increase with the Cross Country-specific compact chassis.
It is launched as the top-tier Ultra single trim, and the selling price is 55.16 million won (price after eco-friendly tax benefits, excluding subsidies).
