The glass manufacturing company SGC Solutions announced on the 3rd that its CEO, Kwang-Soo Lee, has officially taken office.
New CEO Kwang-Soo Lee graduated from Hanyang University with a degree in mechanical engineering and joined OCI in 1990, where he served as an executive in plant engineering, purchasing and sales for SGC E&C, and head of the package and resource business division for SGC Solutions. He has been recognized for contributing to the growth and development of the group while holding key positions within the OCI Group and SGC Group over the past 35 years.
The new CEO said, "Based on our 58 years of specialized glass manufacturing technology, the growth and development potential of SGC Solutions, which has explored domestic and international markets, is limitless. I will work to improve corporate value through enhanced company performance based on sales expertise and communication leadership."
SGC is a subsidiary group of OCI that includes affiliates such as SGC Energy, SGC E&C, and SGC Solutions, which owns the heat-resistant glass container brand "Glasslock."
