Iveco, a global transport solutions specialist brand, is opening the Iveco Icheon Service Center (operated by Gobaek Automobile Engineering) in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.
Following the opening of the Iveco Ansung Service Center in June 2024, the newly opened Icheon Service Center in Gyeonggi Province will expand customer touchpoints in the eastern Gyeonggi and Gangwon regions, where logistics are a core area and demand for commercial vehicles is high, thereby enhancing customer accessibility.
Located within the Gobaek Industrial Complex, the Icheon Service Center boasts excellent accessibility and a favorable business environment, being adjacent to the Seo-Yeojoo Interchange on the Jungbu Inland Expressway (5 minutes), the Yeoju Junction on the Yeongdong Expressway (10 minutes), and the intersection of National Route 3 and National Route 42. This is expected to improve service convenience for customers from the eastern Gyeonggi and Seoul, Gangwon, and Wonju regions, as well as from Chungbuk.
The Icheon Service Center is equipped with facilities and service capabilities to provide professional and efficient service for all Iveco vehicle types, including daily light commercial vehicles, medium and large dump trucks, tractors, and cargo. With a total of five work bays, it minimizes downtime to maximize transportation efficiency. Metalwork and painting for all vehicle types can also be done in one place, accommodating everything from regular maintenance to accident repairs.
Additionally, considering the local characteristics with high maintenance demand from cargo customers operating in the metropolitan area and nationwide, skilled technicians support maintaining a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and optimal operating conditions based on Iveco's unique service know-how. A reception area for customer consultations and a customer lounge have also been set up to allow customers to relax comfortably during maintenance, significantly enhancing customer convenience.

As of September 2025, Iveco Korea operates 10 sales locations and 17 service centers across the country. The Icheon Service Center operates from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
