Mercedes-Benz Korea will add two AMG lines to its business sedan E-Class. The lineup classified as E-Class has reached a total of 9 models.
The models added to the E-Class are 'E 450 4MATIC AMG Line' and 'E 200 AMG Line.' The former is the top-tier model, while the latter is the entry AMG line.
The existing 7-lineup (E 200 Avantgarde, E 220 d 4MATIC Exclusive, E 300 4MATIC Exclusive, E 300 4MATIC AMG Line, E 350 e 4MATIC Exclusive, E 450 4MATIC Exclusive, Mercedes-AMG E 53 HYBE 4MATIC+) has been joined by two AMG models symbolizing a sporty sensibility.
'E 450 4MATIC AMG Line' is the top model among the E-Class AMG lines, applying a night package and black wheel elements to provide a sporty sensibility and luxurious atmosphere simultaneously.
In addition, high-end options have been applied, including the MBUX Superscreen, which links the central display and passenger display; an AIRMATIC suspension that automatically adjusts according to driving conditions, speed, and load to provide optimal ride comfort on any surface; rear axle steering that reduces the turning radius by up to 4.5° to help drivers maneuver the vehicle agilely; power closing that allows doors to close effortlessly; and the Burmester® 4D surround system providing an extraordinary sound experience.
'E 200 AMG Line' is a new trim added to 'E 200,' which previously had only the 'Avantgarde' single trim. The vehicle comes standard with a head-up display (HUD) that projects necessary driving information onto the front windshield, brown seats that emphasize a luxurious image, and a multifunction sports steering wheel wrapped in nappa leather.
Both models feature AMG front and rear aprons and AMG-exclusive wheels applied to the vehicle exterior, showcasing the sporty feel and classic sedan proportions. Inside the vehicle, AMG floor mats retain the sporty appeal. Additionally, the spacious interior, class-leading quietness, the latest driving assistance systems, and a rich infotainment system features and advantages from the existing E-Class are maintained.
The prices for each vehicle are 114.6 million won for the E 450 4MATIC AMG Line and 80 million won for the E 200 AMG Line (both prices include VAT and reflect the reduction in individual consumption tax).
