The integrated service hub is a direct-operated store that provides services and parts in one location. Customers can experience TYM's products and services at the integrated hub, and receive support for complex repair work that is difficult to handle at general dealerships.
In particular, the TYM Jeju Plaza will handle parts and services, as well as the certified used John Deere tractor business. It aims to provide systematic after-sales service to customers in the Jeju region based on highly trained John Deere specialist maintenance engineers with an average of over 20 years of experience, dedicated maintenance facilities for John Deere, and thoroughly certified parts.
Meanwhile, with the opening of the Jeju Plaza, TYM has established integrated service hubs in six major regions nationwide, following Chungcheong, the Midwest, Cheorwon, Honam, and Yeongnam.
