Renault Korea (CEO Stephan Debleds) held a signing ceremony for the '2025 wage negotiations' on the 25th at the Renault Korea Busan plant, attended by representatives from both labor and management.
Renault Korea's labor and management concluded the 2025 wage negotiations without disputes, as a preliminary agreement reached after a total of 13 negotiations following their first meeting in April passed with a majority vote at the employee general meeting on July 25.
Renault Korea, which was the first among domestic corporations to finalize wage negotiations this year, is concentrating its efforts across the company to ensure customer satisfaction based on stable labor-management relations.
The Renault Korea Busan plant established a foundation for future eco-friendly vehicle production through extensive facility reinforcement at the beginning of this year. As a result, the Renault Korea Busan plant has transformed into a 'future mobility production line' with the capability to produce internal combustion engine vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and pure electric vehicles all on one flexible production line, becoming the first in the domestic completed vehicle industry.
