On the 26th, global agricultural equipment specialist TYM announced its entry into the 'certified used John Deere tractor business.'
Since 1987, TYM has been the largest official importer of John Deere, the world's leading agricultural equipment company, providing various tractor products and services. TYM plans to address the structural issues in the domestic used agricultural equipment market, such as opaque pricing and lack of after-sales service, through its 'certified used John Deere tractor business.'
In particular, TYM will provide customers with certified used John Deere tractors that they can confidently choose, by assembling a dedicated team of professionals for all processes from purchasing used John Deere tractors to maintenance and sales. The used tractors are products that have passed John Deere's strict global quality standards and are within 10 years of use, with TYM applying a warranty of up to 12 months or 300 hours.
TYM also plans to provide maintenance quality equivalent to new cars and systematic after-sales service based on its six TYM plazas with John Deere-exclusive service facilities across eight provinces, ten service centers, and a dealer network of 230 locations, along with the highest level of John Deere pro maintenance engineers in the country.
Kim Dong-ik, head of TYM's domestic business division, said, 'The certified used John Deere tractor business will provide differentiated services that prioritize customer trust and satisfaction over a simple transaction of used equipment.'
