INNOCEAN announced on the 21st that it will launch a new advertising campaign effectively showcasing the practicality and various features of Google's latest AI, 'Gemini.'
This campaign, conducted in collaboration with Google Korea, defines Gemini as a 'full-day assistant' for college students and vividly portrays how it can provide practical help in various aspects of their daily lives, from academics to content creation.
The campaign features the new artist group 'All Day Project,' which is generating buzz among Generation Z, and comedian Lee Soo-ji's rapper persona 'Ham Bug.' Notably, this marks All Day Project's first official advertising activity, which is expected to attract both attention and interest from the college student demographic.
This campaign actively utilizes Gemini's AI video generation feature 'Veo3' in actual ad production, integrating real-world AI use cases that college students can directly utilize.
For example, Bailey, a member of All Day Project, easily produces festival videos featuring the symbolic animals of various universities using Veo3. The AI vividly conveys how it can enhance college students' creativity and productivity in their daily lives. Furthermore, various features of Gemini were introduced, such as creating university videos with the 'Image to Video' function of Veo3, developing games to build memories with friends using the 'Canvas' function, and creating quizzes on the spot with the assistance of 'Gemini Live.'
The campaign also doesn't miss out on humor. It cleverly used a rap related to 'Santa,' associated with All Day Project member Woo-chan, expressing the one-year free benefit of 'Google AI Pro' offered to college students as a gift 'from Santa (All Day Project) in advance,' delivering the message in a witty manner.
An INNOCEAN official noted, 'The AI, Gemini, aims to assist college students in all aspects of their daily lives as a full-day assistant, and we planned this ad with the hope that students could receive help in various moments of their daily lives through AI.' He added, 'We hope that by showcasing the diverse use cases of Gemini in the advertisement, college students will expand their experience of using AI in creative ways.'
