Kia announced on the 18th that it has launched a model update for its large recreational vehicle (RV) Carnival.
Beginning today, the 'The 2026 Carnival' features expanded customer-preferred convenience specifications from the base trim, enhancing product competitiveness.
The new Carnival operates with two powertrains: a 3.5-liter gasoline engine and a 1.6-liter turbo hybrid. The base trim, Prestige, comes equipped with smart power tailgate and an electronic rearview mirror as standard specifications.
The popular trim, Noblesse, includes multi-zone voice recognition and Kia Digital Key 2 as standard features. The higher Signature trim is equipped with rear LED turn signal lamps. Multi-zone voice recognition allows the vehicle to distinguish the speaking positions for the 1st and 2nd row seats and recognize the command 'Hey, Kia.'
The price range for the new 9-passenger Carnival is ▲3.5-liter gasoline from 36.36 million won to 45.02 million won ▲1.6-liter turbo hybrid from 40.91 million won to 49.57 million won. For the 7-passenger model, the price range is ▲3.5-liter gasoline from 42.65 million won to 46.89 million won ▲1.6-liter turbo hybrid from 47.08 million won to 51.32 million won.
A Kia official noted, 'We will provide differentiated value to customers through enhanced product competitiveness and luxurious design.'
