The German premium automotive parts brand MEYLE announced on the 14th that it will participate as an official sponsor of the world's first 100% electric touring car competition, the NXT Gen Cup.
The NXT Gen Cup is an emissions-free 100% electric junior touring car competition, a one-make global motorsport event where young drivers compete in the same electric vehicle called LRT NXT1, based on the MINI Cooper SE. Established in 2023, it involves male and female drivers aged between 15 and 25. Races are held in circuits like the Nürburgring in Germany, alongside one of the world's top touring car series, the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM).
The competition vehicles are equipped with key MEYLE components, showcasing the excellent durability and quality of MEYLE parts even in high-performance racing environments.
Additionally, MEYLE officially sponsors the promising female racing driver Patricija Keita Stalidzane from Latvia, and is also a partner in all racing series. She has garnered attention in the motorsport industry by achieving the first female driver podium in the history of the NXT Gen Cup, which includes both male and female drivers.
MEYLE not only participates in the NXT Gen Cup but has also partnered with Paul Motorsport, one of the top three touring car competitions, for several years, supplying key MEYLE components for their competition vehicles.

In addition to supplying parts in Korea, MEYLE has launched a premium import car maintenance brand called 'MEYLE Auto Service' and currently provides parts distribution, vehicle management, and maintenance services to domestic import car customers through 61 service centers nationwide.
