SM C&C announced on the 12th that they held a signing ceremony for a joint business agreement for 'Our Ballad' with SBS Studio Prism and SM Entertainment at the SM C&C headquarters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul on the 11th.
'Our Ballad' is a music audition program where participants composed of teenagers and people in their twenties compete by remaking songs that can evoke memories of the past generation. It is scheduled to premiere in September.
Attending the signing ceremony were CEO Tae-hyun Park of SM C&C, Chief Artistic Officer Seong-soo Lee of SM Entertainment, and CEO Jeong-hoon Park and head of entertainment division Young-in Choi from SBS Studio Prism, who discussed future activity plans for the artists to be produced by the 'Our Ballad' program.
CEO Tae-hyun Park of SM C&C said, "I am optimistic about the synergy that SBS Studio Prism and SM C&C, which possess rich resources and infrastructure related to broadcast production, will create together. With this joint business agreement, SM C&C is poised for a new leap forward, and a never-before-seen ballad audition is expected to be born."
