The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises announced on the 10th that it has begun operating an artificial intelligence (AI)-based collaboration tool for all employees this month.
AI will be utilized for tasks such as drafting documents, summarizing, and automatically generating meeting minutes. It is expected to enhance the speed and accuracy of policy and administrative work, allowing even junior and new employees to handle complex tasks swiftly.
KBIZ has gradually built a digital foundation through initiatives such as "paperless meetings" and "mobile offices." The introduction of this collaboration tool has reduced repetitive administrative tasks and established a work environment that enables real-time collaboration. Employees have secured conditions to focus on creative policy planning.
In the future, plans are being considered to gradually expand the application of AI-based collaboration environments to small and medium-sized enterprises and cooperatives, based on the accumulated experience of using AI collaboration tools.
