KG Mobility announced on the 1st that a tentative agreement for the 2025 wage negotiations was approved by a vote of union members on the 31st of last month.
The wage negotiations began with an introductory meeting in June and reached a tentative agreement during the 15th negotiation, which concluded on the 30th of last month. It was finalized with 64.5% (1,897 members) approval from the union members (2,941 in total).
The key points of the agreement include a basic salary increase of 75,000 won and a total payment of 3.5 million won, including a Productivity Incentive.
In particular, the agreement contains a commitment to securing future growth engines through strategies for promoting new vehicles and new business initiatives, as well as plans to strengthen technology. The company explained that both labor and management made concessions based on this trust to resolve differences.
A KG Mobility official noted, "We completed negotiations without any disputes for 16 consecutive years since 2010," adding, "This is the result of a grand agreement from the union for increased sales volume and securing sustainable growth for the company, as well as the decisions of our employees."
