TOP is an initiative that Hanwha Ocean has been promoting company-wide since 2023. It aims to improve efficiency and quality through the identification and execution of field-centered projects.
Hanwha Ocean has discovered and implemented over 1,000 improvement projects through its TOP activities and decided to expand this to include its partners. The first target partners include Daelim S&P, Donghwa Entec, Samnok, and Youngchang Wood Industry.
Hanwha Ocean determined that it could not survive in global competition, including price and technology competition with China, by growing alone, leading to its decision to foster cooperative TOP partnerships.
This TOP cooperation focuses on improving the operational systems and capabilities of its partners' sites. The plan aims to ensure that each partner develops efficiency, quality, and responsiveness to delivery through ongoing support.
