Renault Korea announced that it reached a tentative agreement during the 9th main negotiations of this year's wage talks with the representative union, Renault Korea Labor Union, conducted on the 22nd.
The labor and management of Renault Korea agreed in this tentative agreement to raise the basic salary by 103,500 won, to provide a total of 2.5 million won as a settlement cash bonus, and to offer a 150% productivity incentive.
They also agreed to set up a "preliminary labor-management joint personnel system improvement committee for the 2026 collective agreement" within one month after the wage negotiation conclusion. The committee will be comprised of a total of 20 members, with 10 from labor and 10 from management. It will discuss improvements to wage structures, including wage peaks and ordinary wages, as well as workplace environment improvements.
The tentative agreement reached by Renault Korea's labor and management will be finalized through a general employee meeting scheduled for the 25th after an explanation session for the union members.
