Honda Korea (CEO Lee Ji-hong) has transferred the Honda Cars KCC service center in Ilsan.
The Honda Cars KCC service center, which held an opening ceremony on the 14th, is located in Bank Village, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang City and is operated by KCC Motors. It is about a 5-minute drive from Goyang IC and close to residential complexes.
The facility consists of 5 floors, from the underground 1st floor to the 4th floor above ground, with a total area of approximately 3,194㎡ (978 pyeong). It features state-of-the-art facilities such as an underground service center, a customer reception area on the 1st floor, a customer lounge on the 2nd floor, a sheet metal and paint workshop on the 3rd floor, and a rooftop parking lot on the 4th floor. In particular, it has introduced 10 work bays to offer major maintenance services, allowing for simultaneous maintenance of up to 50 vehicles per day.
The customer lounge includes a kids' room and a nursing room for customers with children, as well as individual massage rooms for comfortable relaxation, enhancing customer convenience. The previous building on Baengma-ro in Ilsandong-goo will continue to operate as a Honda car showroom and a quick shop (Quick Shop) for minor repairs, just as before.
