Audi Korea announced on the 8th that it has appointed Song Seung-kook as the new head of sales.
Mr. Song has worked for over 20 years in the imported car industry, handling sales, supply chain, showroom operations, and overseeing the pre-commercialization center for new car delivery. He also previously served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the used car commercialization platform "Cheka."
Through this appointment, Audi Korea aims to secure market leadership by strengthening sales capabilities and to continue service innovation, according to the company. Audi Korea is sequentially unveiling strategic models, starting this year with the all-electric sports utility vehicle (SUV) "Audi Q6 e-tron," followed by "The New Audi A5" and "The New Audi Q5."
Steve Kloti, president of Audi Korea, said, "Mr. Song's exceptional field experience and strategic vision will play a key role in accelerating customer-centric sales innovation," adding, "We will strengthen sales competitiveness and solidify our market position based on close cooperation with dealers."
