Volvo Car Korea (CEO Lee Yoon-mo) held a new car launch event at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul on the 2nd and introduced the new XC90 and S90 to the Korean market. Both models feature modern Scandinavian style and cutting-edge technology.
The 7-seater SUV XC90 and the 5-seater E-segment sedan S90 represent Volvo's top-tier lineup, reflecting advanced technology and a human-centric philosophy.
The new models emphasized a modern feel with a design tailored for the electrification era, enhancing competitiveness through a next-generation infotainment experience that easily incorporates OTT, SNS, webtoons, e-books, and more. The 11.2-inch vertical touch screen became a vessel to experience "digital evolution."
In the exterior, changes in details such as the new matrix LED headlights, front bumper, fenders, and hood create a strong new-car feel. The new Iron Mark applied the first diagonal message insert and graphic pattern on the front grill, diversified into two themes: Bright or Dark.
Although it's not a full change, during the launch event of the flagship model that introduced substantial changes, Volvo Car Korea emphasized Volvo's "safety philosophy" once again.
