The resource recycling corporation DS Dansuk held a vision declaration ceremony to present its sales goal of 3 trillion won by 2030 and the company's direction.
DS Dansuk said on the 2nd that it hosted the '2030 Vision Declaration Ceremony' on the 1st at the DoubleTree Hotel in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province, with over 250 employees in attendance.
During the vision declaration ceremony, DS Dansuk revealed its blueprint as a 'Global Top Tier resource recycling energy corporation' under the mission of creating a clean world through sustainable resource recycling and energy.
The plan is to expand the value chain related to second-generation biodiesel (HVO) and bio-aviation fuel (SAF) and promote renewable plastics (PCR). Strategy for providing energy storage system (ESS) solutions and entering the micro modular reactor (MMR) industry was also unveiled.
Chairman Han Seung-wook said, 'DS Dansuk will secure future growth engines through proactive investment, research and development, and flexible business strategies,' and noted, 'We will not only expand the value chain of existing businesses but also transform into a powerhouse in the resource recycling and energy industries based on boundary-breaking business diversification.'
'In terms of ESG management, we will establish strategies to achieve carbon neutrality and build a foundation for their implementation,' he added. 'Along with this, the application of recent artificial intelligence (AI) technology is a key issue of the era and directly relates to corporate competitiveness, so we will expand the application of AI in all tasks.'
Encouragement also continued for the employees. Chairman Han remarked, 'I hope that today, when we declare our 2030 vision, will be a monumental time that brings you new hope and unlimited possibilities,' adding, 'The gathering of our aspirations under this new vision, making the impossible possible, is the sustainable future envisioned by DS Dansuk.'
