Volvo Car Korea (CEO Lee Yoon-mo) held a new car launch event at Grand Walkerhill Seoul on the 2nd and introduced the new XC90 and S90 to the Korean market. Both models incorporate modern Scandinavian style and cutting-edge technology.
The XC90, a 7-passenger SUV, and the 5-passenger E-segment sedan S90 are Volvo's top-of-the-line offerings, reflecting advanced technology and a human-centric philosophy.
The new models emphasize a modern feel with a new design tailored for the electrification era, focusing on next-generation infotainment experiences that make it easy to enjoy OTT, social media, webtoons, e-books, and more. The 11.2-inch vertical touchscreen has become a vessel for experiencing "digital evolution."
The exterior features changes in details such as new matrix LED headlights, front bumpers, fenders, and hoods, conveying a strong sense of a new car. The new Iron Mark, along with the brand's first application of diagonal mesh inserts and graphic patterns on the front grille, has diversified into two themes: Bright or Dark.
Although it is not a full change, during the launch stage of the flagship model, Volvo Car Korea once again emphasized Volvo's "safety philosophy."
