Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 20th that it will conduct a recruitment of technical personnel in the second half of the year.
Hyundai plans to select mobility technology talent with various competencies and expertise to actively respond to future industrial trends, including electrification, and document submissions will be accepted for seven days from the 24th to the 30th.
In this recruitment, Hyundai will seek talent in three institutional sectors: automotive production, R&D technical personnel, and battery technical personnel.
The qualifications for application are a high school diploma or higher, with no age or gender restrictions. Detailed requirements for each institutional sector will be posted on the Hyundai recruitment website during the document submission period.
Hyundai plans to announce the document passers in July, conduct aptitude tests at the end of July, the first round of interviews in August, and, after final interviews and physical examinations in September, announce the final successful candidates between October and November.
Successful candidates in the automotive production institutional sector will be placed in domestic production facilities in two batches in November and December. Those who succeed in the R&D technical personnel and battery technical personnel sectors will be placed in the Namyang and Uiwang research centers respectively in November.
