Audi Korea (President Steve Cloutier) will implement a "special support program for vehicles affected by flooding" for customers who suffered vehicle flooding and damage from the upcoming monsoon season's heavy rains.
As heavy rains nationwide are expected ahead of the full-fledged monsoon season, Audi Korea will provide a service to inspect Audi vehicles free of charge at official Audi service centers for customers who have suffered flooding damage due to the disaster.
During the program period, free towing and delivery services will be offered to customers who repair flooded vehicles with insurance at official Audi service centers, regardless of distance, as well as a safe return home service that supports transportation expenses up to 50,000 won for one occasion on the day of the accident or towing date. In addition, if repair expenses exceed the insurance coverage, vehicle repair expenses will be supported, and a replacement vehicle service will be provided for up to 14 days to minimize customer inconvenience during vehicle repair. After repairs, there will be a warranty for 2 years on parts and 1 year on accident repairs.
Details regarding the repair and inspection of Audi vehicles can be reserved in advance through the 'myAudiworld' application and the service reservation page on the official Audi Korea website, enabling customers to receive vehicle inspection services more quickly and conveniently when they reserve in advance. For more details, inquiries can be made to the nationwide official Audi service centers or the Audi customer support center.
