Audi Korea (President Steve Cloutier) announced on the 9th that Audi's official dealer Bayern Auto (CEO Kwon Hyuk-min, Ha Seung-yeop) has opened the 'Audi Service Center in Suwon'.
The 'Audi Service Center in Suwon' has a total floor area of 970㎡ and is equipped with seven work bays, capable of servicing up to 35 vehicles per day. Moreover, it features both fast and slow electric vehicle chargers, providing high-efficiency service in line with the demand for electrification.
This service center is located within 'Deutsche Auto World', providing excellent accessibility and customer convenience, and together with the newly opened 'Audi Showroom in Suwon' and 'Audi Certified Used Car Showroom' in January this year, it offers an integrated customer experience covering new cars, certified used cars, and maintenance services encompassing the entire Audi brand process.
Audi Korea is establishing a network expansion strategy under the goal of a new leap for the Audi brand, based on its strong partnerships with dealers this year. The company is striving to allow customers to continue experiencing a premium brand more conveniently and easily. In particular, to continuously provide premium service and vehicle usage experience even after vehicle purchase, Audi Korea is committed to steadily expanding its service network and strengthening customer touchpoints, planning to increase the number of service centers from 33 at the end of 2024 to 37 in 2025.

The 'Audi Service Center in Suwon' will operate from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and will hold various customer events to commemorate the opening. From June 11 to 16, a 'Dealer Roadshow for the New Audi A5', where customers can meet the upcoming 'The New Audi A5' in advance, will be held at the 'Audi Showroom in Suwon' within Deutsche Auto World, and customers visiting the service center will be able to experience this model during the waiting time. Additionally, various opening celebration events will be conducted, including a 20% discount on parts for customers using paid repairs and coupons, as well as the distribution of golf balls (while supplies last), and 'Audi eco-friendly tote bags' and 'Audi umbrellas' for customers purchasing the Extended Service Package.
