M&A Partners is an organization that establishes a joint brokerage cooperation system with the Korea Technology Finance Corporation and supports specialized brokerage services for small and venture businesses through the public-private partnership M&A platform. The Korea Technology Finance Corporation recruited private M&A brokerage institutions last October and has selected 10 organizations as partners to operate.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation plans to support the activation of the M&A market for small and venture businesses by strengthening the joint brokerage network through this recruitment and expanding its capacity for professional brokerage services based on public-private cooperation.
The recruitment targets private brokerage institutions such as law firms, accounting firms, investment institutions, and consulting firms that have experience in M&A brokerage and advisory and possess expertise. The Korea Technology Finance Corporation will comprehensively evaluate M&A performance and capabilities, as well as the appropriateness of brokerage operations, for final selection.
Meanwhile, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation is providing one-stop support for the entire M&A process, from identifying demand for M&A of small and venture businesses to advisory, brokerage, and financing through the public-private partnership M&A platform.
