The Korea LPG Association is recruiting the 'LPG 1-ton truck supporters 3rd term' to spread eco-friendly LPG trucks. Anyone who drives the new Porter2 or Bongo3 LPG can apply.
The selected supporters will be responsible for widely promoting the advantages of LPG trucks, which have become the trend in the small cargo market, and sharing the vivid operating experiences of real users. The activity period is three months, from June to August. They can share at least one operational review and know-how per month through online communities or personal social media.
A total of 20 individuals will be selected, and various benefits such as a total of 600,000 won in activity expenses, LPG charging vouchers worth 150,000 won, and special rewards for outstanding supporters will be provided. Recruitment will be conducted through the LPG truck website from the 7th to the 22nd of this month.
The new LPG 1-ton truck surpassed 100,000 cumulative sales at the end of January, just over a year after its launch, recording an 84% market share in the 1-ton truck segment. Equipped with a 2.5-liter turbo LPG direct injection (LPDi) engine, it has improved output and torque, enhancing driving performance, and has become an attractive option for cargo transporters and small business owners due to its low maintenance costs.
'The biggest factor influencing the purchase of trucks is the actual user experience,' said Lee Ho-joong, President of the Korea LPG Association, adding, 'I hope the honest reviews from the supporters will serve as a good guide for those considering LPG trucks.'
