Hanjin Group and LS Group have joined hands to discover future growth engines, including aerospace business and Urban Air Mobility (UAM).
Hanjin Group and LS Group announced on the 28th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on strengthening business cooperation and collaboration, aiming for co-growth and maximizing shareholder value on the 25th.
The two groups agreed to create synergies in various business sectors, including aerospace business and UAM, and promote co-growth. They plan to expand cooperation in a wide range of areas, particularly in advancing aerospace industry technology using smart factory technology, building UAM operating system infrastructure and charging infrastructure, expanding eco-friendly infrastructure for air transport means and electrification technology cooperation, and increasing electric vehicle charging stations.
Hanjin Logistics and LS noted that they plan to strengthen mutual cooperation in each business area by maximizing the utilization of available resources such as human and material resources and networks from each group, and establish a successful collaboration model.
