Hyundai Motor noted on the 23rd that it will launch the compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) '2025 Kona' and begin full-scale sales.
The 2025 Kona features a new trim called 'H-Pick' configured with specifications preferred by customers. It is characterized by enhanced basic convenience specifications for each trim while maintaining price competitiveness.
The H-Pick trim is based on the existing Modern Plus trim and standardizes safety and convenience features such as ▲ rear collision avoidance assistance ▲ rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assistance ▲ safe exit warning ▲ roof rack.
Hyundai Motor explained that it has frozen the sales price for the base trim 'Modern' of the 2025 Kona and minimized price increases while enhancing the product value for other trims.
The premium trim comes standard with ▲ smart power tailgate (electric trunk) ▲ smartphone wireless charging ▲ digital key 2 touch ▲ touch-type outside door handle ▲ door pocket lighting (front row) ▲ rear collision avoidance assistance.
The highest trim, Inspiration, has improved interior materials such as door trim and open tray to enhance luxury. Package items such as ▲ parking assist, which were previously limited to higher trims, will be expanded to include the H-Pick trim.
The sales prices are as follows for the gasoline 1.6 turbo model: ▲ Modern 24.78 million won ▲ H-Pick 25.59 million won ▲ Premium 28.21 million won ▲ Inspiration 31.02 million won. For the gasoline 2.0 model: ▲ Modern 24.09 million won ▲ H-Pick 24.99 million won ▲ Premium 27.53 million won ▲ Inspiration 30.34 million won.
