INNOCEAN announced on the 14th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for an "AI Alliance" project collaboration with nine corporations, including big tech companies, that possess outstanding technology in the artificial intelligence (AI) field.
This is the second AI Alliance following the first one conducted in October last year, and INNOCEAN is determined to accelerate its efforts in AI transformation (hereinafter AX) and related business with both existing partners and newly partnered AI specialized corporations.
The AI Alliance signing ceremony, held at INNOCEAN's headquarters in Seoul, was attended by Lee Yongwoo, CEO of INNOCEAN, as well as Kang Hwan-bin, head of Microsoft Korea, Kim Jeong-ho, executive at IBM Korea, and Jang Ho-seok, CEO of Studio Lennon, among other executives from AI-related corporations.
In addition, global cloud company Amazon Web Services will actively cooperate in supporting AI technology in the advertising and marketing area, contributing to the expansion of INNOCEAN's AI business environment. INNOCEAN plans to establish an AX foundation within the marketing communication industry and continuously create creative and efficient AX cases in collaboration with the participating corporations.
The strategy proposed by INNOCEAN for achieving AX in the marketing communication sector consists of three phases: the "small start" strategy, which involves building AI from small, practical areas; the "small success" strategy, which creates small successful experiences based on the validated direction from previous stages; and the "smart scaling" strategy, which validates new business models centered around AI that can be utilized in the market and extends to launching its own AI solution.
Recently, INNOCEAN launched its self-developed AI solution "AiINN." "AiINN" is an AI solution designed to eliminate inefficiencies in content creation and operation while improving internal and external work processes. It features a service that can operate all processes from planning, production, distribution, to performance analysis of content, maximizing the efficiency of content-related tasks.
Unlike entry-level AI solutions that incorporate all AI features, AiINN differentiates itself by adopting a method that identifies pain points within corporations and updates AI features accordingly. This enables the implementation of a "customized solution" optimized for the workflow of individual corporations, achieving work efficiency.
The planning and development of AiINN involved various partners, including Adobe Korea, which provides AI technologies to accelerate creative workflows, and other partners that own AI content generation solutions. All of these corporations participated in the first or second AI Alliance. INNOCEAN plans to gradually offer upgraded AiINN services to clients with specific needs in the future.
Lee Yongwoo, CEO of INNOCEAN, said, "Through this AI Alliance, we plan to make small successful experiences a reality and actively expand the jointly developed AI services into the global marketing market," adding, "INNOCEAN will continue to provide optimized AI services that can effectively help client businesses."
