Daimler Truck Korea (CEO Antonio Landaizo) launched the 2025 model 'Actros 2643LS 6X2' and 'Actros 2651LS 6X2' on the 14th for customers who prioritize economic efficiency and practicality.
The two models introduced this time are tractors focusing on practicality and economic efficiency, designed as strategic models aimed at reducing customers' total cost of ownership (TCO) amid an economic downturn. Depending on needs, customers can choose only essential specifications or configurations that enhance price competitiveness while maintaining premium convenience.
'Actros 2643LS 6X2' is a practical model focused on realistic economic efficiency and maintenance efficiency, offering excellent fuel efficiency with the lightest weight among the Actros lineup.
Although it is an entry-level model, it adopts a premium StreamSpace cab, providing the best indoor livability with a flat floor.
With a combination of a 428 horsepower inline six-cylinder diesel engine and a 12-speed automatic transmission, it delivers stable power performance, meeting both fuel efficiency and practical output with a maximum torque of 214 kgf·m. Additionally, it features classic side mirrors, an analog-type classic cockpit, bulb-type lamps, basic bedding, and mattresses, enhancing manageability and practicality. The exterior is completed with a black-gray colored radiator grill, fulfilling the basic image.
'Actros 2651LS 6X2' is equipped with a 510 horsepower inline six-cylinder diesel engine and a 12-speed automatic transmission, delivering a maximum torque of 254.9 kgf·m and providing stable and powerful performance in medium- and long-distance, high-load transport environments. It introduces the best premium model with the largest indoor space in its class at a reasonable price point.
An intelligent LED headlamp with automatic up and down functions is applied, while the interior features a trendline wood-pattern concept with a multimedia cockpit, ventilated leather seats, premium mattresses, a 2-way sound system, wireless smartphone charging, and fuel-efficient tires, applying highly preferred convenience specifications to satisfy both functionality and comfort.
