Renault Korea (CEO Stefan Debleuze) has completely renovated the customer delivery center at the Busan logistics center in Gangseo-gu, Busan, and held an opening ceremony on the 9th with guests including CEO Stefan Debleuze.
Renault Korea renovated both the interior and exterior of the delivery center from mid-February to early April as the increase in sales of the Grand Koleos coincided with an increase in visitors to the customer delivery center.
To enhance customer satisfaction for those visiting the Busan logistics center to pick up new cars, improvements were made to the delivery process, including vehicle inspections, explanations of car functionalities, and opportunities for commemorative photos.
An opening ceremony commemorating the complete renovation of the Busan customer delivery center was also held on the 9th. More than 20 attendees included Renault Korea CEO Stefan Debleuze, Deputy Minister Jeong Woo-gon from the sales and marketing division, Executive Director Hwang Jae-seop, representatives from the Renault Korea dealership council, and general customers who visited the delivery center to pick up their new cars who watched the event.
At this event, Executive Director Hwang Jae-seop, head of Renault Korea's sales and network, noted, "The newly renovated customer delivery center at the Busan logistics center has become more than just a place to hand over cars to customers; it is now a space that creates special moments upon the first encounter with a new car and a unique experience with the Renault brand, as well as new memories," and added, "Renault Korea will continue to seek various ways to provide customers with a satisfying experience and work harder to offer the best service."
The Renault Korea Busan logistics center is the only logistics center responsible for all logistics of Renault Korea's domestic and export sales vehicles. It has the capacity to deliver up to 1,550 vehicles daily, including 350 domestic units via delivery or direct pick-up and 1,200 export units based on Busan New Port. Additionally, it features specialized personnel who inspect vehicles in accordance with the strict vehicle evaluation standards of the Renault Group prior to car deliveries.
