Renault Korea announced on the 10th that it has fully renovated the customer delivery area within the Busan Logistics Center in Gangseo District, Busan.
Renault Korea has renovated the interior and exterior of the delivery area from mid-February to early this month. This was in response to the increase in visitors along with the growing sales of the Grand Koleos.
Renault Korea improved the delivery process, including vehicle inspections for new car acquisitions, explanations of vehicle functions, and commemorative photo sessions, to enhance customer satisfaction for those visiting the Busan Logistics Center.
The Busan Logistics Center is the only logistics center responsible for the logistics of Renault Korea's domestic and export sales vehicles. It has the capacity to deliver up to 1,550 vehicles daily, with 350 vehicles for domestic supply via trucking or direct pickup, and 1,200 vehicles for export based on Busan New Port.
Hwang Jae-seop, Director General of sales and network at Renault Korea, noted that "the newly renovated customer delivery area at the Busan Logistics Center has been transformed into a space that goes beyond merely delivering cars to customers, creating special moments when meeting new vehicles for the first time and a unique experience with the Renault brand, building new memories."
