BMW Group Korea unveiled the high-performance all-electric model BMW New i4 M50 xDrive Gran Coupe for the first time in the country at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show.
The "New i4 M50 xDrive Gran Coupe" has been redesigned under the theme "Define Driving Pleasure, Again" with a more advanced design.
The BMW New i4 Gran Coupe is the first medium-sized all-electric Gran Coupe from a premium brand, characterized by BMW's unique dynamic driving performance, the sensory design of a four-door coupe, and excellent space utilization.
The newly introduced New i4 M50 xDrive enhances sporty charm and luxurious feel by incorporating new design elements into its interior and exterior through a facelift, and improves convenience features to offer higher product value.
The front of the New i4 M50 xDrive features adaptive LED headlights with vertically oriented daytime running lights and a BMW kidney grille with a horizontal bar pattern, creating a stronger presence when harmonized with vertical air curtains on either side of the front bumper. The rear is equipped with laser rear lights that showcase a three-dimensional and sophisticated graphic to amplify the sporty feel.
The interior introduces a D-cut style new steering wheel and illuminated air vents with soft indirect lighting, adding a luxurious touch. The M Performance Pro trim enhances sophistication with the addition of Burnesca leather upholstery and a crystal glass material for the controller and gear selector, as well as elements exclusive to M, such as M sports seats, M seat belts, and carbon fiber interior trim, to emphasize the unique motorsport feel of BMW M.
The New i4 M50 xDrive is equipped with an electric motor on both the front and rear axles and features the intelligent all-wheel drive system BMW xDrive. It boasts a combined maximum output of 544 horsepower and a combined maximum torque of 81.1 kg·m, achieving acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. Its efficiency is rated at 4.1 kWh/km in combined conditions, with a range of up to 522 km based on WLTP standards, and 387 km based on domestic standards on a single charge.
The BMW New i4 M50 xDrive is expected to be officially launched in the country in the second quarter of this year.
