On the 2nd, Jeju Air announced that it would publicly recruit new and experienced mechanics in the areas of operational maintenance, airframe maintenance, cabin maintenance, and maintenance management to strengthen operational stability.
Those who are expected to graduate in August can apply, and applications must be submitted on Jeju Air's recruitment website by the 13th of this month. Applicants are also required to submit officially certified language test scores that meet certain criteria obtained within the last two years, and operational maintenance personnel must hold an aircraft maintenance license.
The announcement of successful candidates and detailed examination schedules can be checked on Jeju Air's recruitment website. After submitting the application, candidates will undergo an online competency test, followed by two interviews and a physical examination to determine the final successful candidates.
The final successful candidates are scheduled to join in June, and after receiving new employee training and maintenance job training, they will perform aircraft maintenance tasks.
A representative of Jeju Air noted, "Through this recruitment, we plan to secure skilled mechanics and cultivate new mechanics through a systematic training program," adding, "Experienced mechanics responsible for the operational maintenance institutional sector and training duties will be recruited on an ongoing basis."
