Saramin announced on the 2nd that it will support 80% of the service usage fee (up to 400,000 won) for 4,000 small and medium-sized enterprises using its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 'Reverse' for one year.
This is because Saramin was selected as a supplier for the '2025 Recruitment Management Solution Support Project' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
'Reverse' is a one-stop recruitment management solution that allows for easy and convenient execution of all recruitment procedures, from posting job listings to document review, interviews, evaluations, and announcement of results.
It allows managing job postings and candidates consolidated in one place, and job postings published on Reverse can be linked to recruitment platforms such as Saramin, Rallyt, and JobBrain. It also features additional functions such as ▲real-time collaboration evaluation ▲interview scheduling ▲no-code recruitment website creation ▲recruitment data analysis.
Small and medium enterprises wishing to implement Reverse can apply on the website of the Korean Standards Association by October 31.
A Saramin official said, "I hope that small and medium-sized enterprises can more easily meet outstanding talent and grow."
