Doosan announced on the 31st that it has appointed Yoo Seung-woo as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and co-CEO.
Doosan will be operated under a co-CEO system with Doosan Group Chairman Park Jung-won, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Kim Min-chul, and Yoo Seung-woo.
The new representative, Yoo, joined Doosan in the holding company sector and has held various positions including strategy for the electronics business group, domestic and overseas operations, and business group head before being appointed as CBO this year. He is responsible for Doosan, Doosan Mobility Innovation, Doosan Logistics Solution, and more.
