Renault Korea (CEO Stephan Debleze) appointed Jeong Woo-gon (Sam W. Chung) as the new Deputy Minister of Sales and Marketing in March 2025.
Jeong Woo-gon, the new Deputy Minister, has over 30 years of experience as a sales marketing and network development expert in the global automotive industry across various regions, including North America, Europe, China, Japan, and India. He has worked on brand development, marketing strategies, and sales and distribution network establishment for brands such as Jeep and Alfa Romeo at Nissan's premium brand Infiniti, FCA, and Stellantis Group.
Deputy Minister Jeong studied economics and East Asian studies at UCLA and earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
