According to the airline industry on the 28th, flight OZ708, which was scheduled to depart from Clark, Philippines, to Incheon at 1:35 a.m. local time (2:35 a.m. Korean time), could not take off because the captain lost their passport. Asiana Airlines provided accommodation for the 135 passengers initially scheduled for the flight by moving them to a hotel near the airport while seeking alternatives.

The flight is scheduled to depart for Incheon at 4:55 p.m. local time (5:55 p.m. Korean time) on the same day. Asiana Airlines decided to replace the captain with another one who had arrived in Clark on a flight from Incheon the previous day.
