According to the 2025 high-ranking public official asset change details published in the government gazette on the 27th by the Governmental Public Ethics Committee, Minister Oh disclosed assets under her name, that of her spouse, and her mother.
Minister Oh lives in an apartment (134.74㎡) in Eunpyeong New Town, Jin-kwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, co-owned with her husband. The reported transaction price increased by 50 million won from the previous value to 733 million won. Their married eldest son declined to report citing reasons for maintaining independent living. The debt that was previously worth 100 million won was slightly reduced to around 78 million won as they repaid some with their combined salaries.
Kim Seong-seob, Vice Minister of SMEs and Startups, reported assets of minus 35 million won. Vice Minister Kim lives in an apartment (124.62㎡) in Dasan-dong, Namyangju, currently valued at 591 million won, and reported debts of about 745 million won.
Lim Jeong-wook, Director of the Startup Venture Innovation Office, reported approximately 5.335 billion won in total assets, including an apartment (135.73㎡) in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, his spouse's and their eldest and second sons' apartments, and land in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.
Won Young-jun, the newly appointed president of the Credit Guarantee Foundation, reported 1.75 billion won in total assets, which includes land located in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, under his name and apartments in Anyang and Uiwang, co-owned with his spouse. Lee Dae-hee, who has been appointed as the representative of Korea Venture Investment Corp., reported 413 million won.
Kang Seok-jin, director of the Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups Promotion Agency under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, reported approximately 1.887 billion won in total assets, including land in Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, under his name and an apartment (120.18㎡) in Seocho-gu, Seoul, co-owned with his spouse. Kim Jong-ho, director of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, reported a total of 1.5 billion won, which includes land in Miryang, Gyeongsangnam-do, and an apartment (84.96㎡) in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
Park Seong-hyo, director of the Small Business Administration, reported 2.563 billion won in assets, including an apartment (139.09㎡) located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, under his name. Jo Joo-hyun, president of the Korea SMEs & Startups Institute (KOSI), reported 1.740 billion won, while Lee Tae-sik, the representative of the Korea Small and Medium Enterprises Distribution Center, reported 1.657 billion won.
