President Petr Pavel inspected the steam turbine production facility. Doosan Skoda Power explained to President Pavel the current status of preparations related to the Dukovany nuclear power plant and the generator technology to be received from Doosan Enerbility.

The Czech Republic designated Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power as the preferred bidder for the Dukovany nuclear power plant project it is newly pursuing last July. If the final contract is signed, Doosan Skoda Power will supply steam turbines. The main equipment of the nuclear power plant, including the reactor and steam generator, will be supplied from South Korea.

Son Seung-woo stated, "We will do our best to ensure that Doosan Skoda Power continues to contribute to the development of the Czech electricity industry."
