While the existing Flex, designed for corporations, supports PC and mobile optimized for office work, the company states that Flex Mini has incorporated all functions to suit the store environment on mobile.

Key features include ▲ employee personnel information management, ▲ work schedule management, ▲ GPS-based attendance records, ▲ real-time status checks of work, and ▲ automatic salary calculations. It also helps prevent labor risks by guiding users to enter into lawful employment contracts in accordance with updated laws and regulations.

Jang Haenam, the representative, noted, "South Korea has a high proportion of self-employed individuals among the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) member countries, and the 'Gig Economy' is also spreading, with a preference for multiple job holders (N-jobbers). Through Flex Mini, which encompasses various forms of employment and working environments, we will take a step closer to our mission of becoming an essential service for '22 million workers in the country.'"
