CJ Logistics announced on the 24th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with NS Home Shopping. The agreement aims to enhance customer service through the introduction of the daily delivery service, O-NE, which operates 7 days a week.

The signing ceremony for the agreement was held at CJ Logistics' headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 21st, with key executives from both companies, including Do Hyung-jun, head of the Sales Division at CJ Logistics, and Yoo Dae-hee, head of the Customer Support Division at NS Home Shopping, in attendance.

According to the agreement, CJ Logistics will handle the holiday delivery volume for NS Home Shopping through the daily delivery service, O-NE. NS Home Shopping will gradually transition weekday product deliveries to O-NE to enhance delivery services.

Through O-NE, NS Home Shopping customers will soon experience seamless delivery services, including weekends and holidays.

CJ Logistics plans to fully expand the O-NE service beyond home shopping to various industries, starting with this agreement.

A representative from CJ Logistics noted, "We are working hard to provide the best shopping experience for consumers sensitive to shipping for key home shopping product categories such as fresh products and fashion through O-NE," and added, "We will do our best to improve the quality of delivery services and contribute to the growth of our clients."
