Cuckoo appliances group CEO Koo Bon-hak will receive approximately 23.8 billion won in dividends from Cuckoo Holdings and its key subsidiary CUCKOO Homesys this year. This amount is greater than the approximately 21.3 billion won he received last year.

CEO Koo is the eldest son of Cuckoo Group founder Koo Ja-shin and is a second-generation manager of Cuckoo. He currently serves as the CEO of Cuckoo Electronics and CUCKOO Homesys, overseeing the group’s management.

Cuckoo Holdings will hold a shareholders' meeting on the 25th to vote on a cash dividends proposal. The dividend per share is 1,200 won.

CEO Koo is the largest shareholder, holding 45.11% equity in Cuckoo Holdings. He is also a registered director of Cuckoo Holdings. With this dividend, CEO Koo is expected to receive approximately 19.2 billion won.

CUCKOO Homesys will distribute dividends of 1,000 won per share. CEO Koo holds 20.53% equity in CUCKOO Homesys. Accordingly, he is expected to receive approximately 4.6 billion won in dividends.

Combining the dividends from Cuckoo Holdings and CUCKOO Homesys, CEO Koo will receive a total of approximately 23.8 billion won in dividends this year.
