The D.CAMP Foundation for Youth Entrepreneurship announced on the 20th that it has finalized the selection of 7 corporations to participate in the second phase of its startup investment and nurturing program, 'D.CAMP Batch.'
D.CAMP Batch is a program aimed at discovering and intensively nurturing startups with high growth potential. Selected corporations will reside in the entrepreneurial space operated by D.CAMP for 12 months, receiving opportunities to attract investments of up to 1.5 billion won and tailored consulting services.

According to D.CAMP, this second phase program recorded a competition ratio of 69 to 1. Seven initial corporations from various fields, including deep tech, materials, parts, and equipment, and clean tech, were ultimately selected.
On this day, D.CAMP held a matching day for the selected corporations and conducted an orientation program at Front1 in Mapo, Seoul. About 20 stakeholders from startups and partner firms attended, participating in common training and networking time.
D.CAMP CEO Park Young-hoon said, 'I hope that all employees of D.CAMP will effectively utilize this program to draw an excellent growth graph over the next year.'
Kim Young-min, executive director of Smilegate Investment, noted, 'We are supporting competitive corporations by structuring funds step by step,' adding, 'We will actively support the growth of promising startups through this D.CAMP program.'
