Renault Korea’s Executive Vice President Hwang Jae-seop noted, "Prior to the launch of the Grand Koleos last year, Renault Korea changed the official title of sales staff to Sales Advisor and made changes to customer interaction attire to transform into vehicle experts that customers can approach more comfortably." He added, "We have also actively recruited new SAs and continuously trained them on essential topics for sales activities, such as general automotive knowledge, product information, and sales know-how, to support their growth as professionals."
Meanwhile, Renault Korea sold 39,816 units in the domestic market last year, marking an 80.6% increase compared to 22,048 units in 2023. Specifically, the new mid-size SUV Grand Koleos, which began deliveries on Sept. 9 last year, sold 22,034 units in just 75 business days, driving domestic sales performance. Despite a reduction in production volume due to enhancements at the Busan plant at the beginning of this year, the Grand Koleos continues to perform well with cumulative sales reaching 28,180 units as of last month.
