The popular character "Baby Shark" celebrates its 10th anniversary as The Pinkfong Company expands its overseas fandom through the establishment of a Japanese corporation and seeks to discover new content.
On the 12th, The Pinkfong Company announced that it will establish its fifth overseas corporation in Tokyo, Japan, following Los Angeles, China, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, marking the start of its business in a "character powerhouse." The head of the Japanese corporation will be Joo Hyemin, the Chief Business Development Officer at The Pinkfong Company.
The Pinkfong Company plans to carry out content distribution, musicals, and various partnership projects based on its IP (intellectual property) competitiveness and high-quality content.
New content for each IP will be revealed within the year. The Pinkfong Company will release a sequel to the sing-along animated film series "Pinkfong Cinema Concert." To commemorate the 10th anniversary of "Baby Shark," it will launch various content through the campaign "Baby Shark 10 years, Daily Joy," including collaborations with the London Symphony Orchestra and a pop-up theme park.
"Bebe Pin," which has accumulated 26 billion views on YouTube, will return with new episodes for season 4. The company explained that viewers will encounter an expanded universe with new settings and narratives surrounding the main character Pin's family.
