KD Navien announced on the 11th that it has selected renowned chef Edward Lee, who recently played a prominent role in the popular show "Culinary Class Wars," as the first advertising model for its kitchen appliance brand "Navien Magic," which will launch in March.

"Navien Magic" is a newly launched kitchen appliance brand of KD Navien, which acquired the sales rights for gas stoves, electric stoves, and electric ovens from SK Magic last May.

KD Navien aims to enhance indoor air quality management through smoke control in cooking by expanding into the kitchen appliance business with the launch of Navien Magic, while implementing a new kitchen system in conjunction with 3D air hoods and ventilation air purifiers.

KD Navien has determined that Edward Lee, who showcased the best dishes in each round of "Culinary Class Wars" based on an original cooking philosophy that merges different cultures and a spirit of challenge, aligns with the direction that Navien Magic pursues, and therefore chose him as the advertising model.

KD Navien is set to release outdoor and online banner ads featuring Edward Lee on the 11th, with plans to unveil TV commercials and digital videos later this month. Various events are also being planned to commemorate the launch.
