The iF Design Award is considered one of the top three design awards in the world, along with the German Red Dot Award and the American IDEA.
According to Hyundai Movex, the Flat body Automated Guided Vehicle features a sleek contrast of black and white colors, with delicately handled cover partitioning. The robot can be operated in various work environments by equipping it with different devices, earning high scores in functionality. Hyundai Movex noted that it is unusual for an industrial robot, which is true to its function, to receive high praise for its design.
The Flat body Automated Guided Vehicle can be equipped with various devices on its flat top. Depending on the devices installed, the AGV can be operated in a manner suitable for the working environment, including running, height, and transport. Hyundai Movex has significantly reduced manufacturing time by standardizing the top devices of the AGV by type. It is also capable of customized production, focusing on supplying industries with a high demand for logistics robots, such as secondary batteries.
A Hyundai Movex official said, "As the importance of aesthetics in industrial equipment is increasing, we will continue to innovate product design" and added that the company plans to enhance its smart logistics competitiveness to meet the expectations of global customers.
