Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) announced on the 6th that it will conduct public recruitment for new employees in the first half of 2025.
The recruitment areas include ▲ AI ▲ computer/software ▲ electronics/electricity ▲ mechanical/design/analysis ▲ production management/technology ▲ quality ▲ purchasing ▲ customer support ▲ sales/business management ▲ management, totaling 10 fields. The recruitment period is from March 3 to March 24.
This public recruitment will separately hire in the AI field, continuing from last year. The plan is to focus on recruiting talent for research and development of six major future projects, including manned/unmanned hybrid systems and AI pilots, as well as advanced software and future aircraft.
The recruitment of personnel for business preparation, including business and production management, quality, purchasing, and customer support, will also be expanded. This is in response to the full-scale development of next-generation models such as assault helicopters and mine-clearing helicopters, as well as the mass production of the KF-21.
To secure excellent talent ahead of the public recruitment for new employees in the first half of the year, KAI has been conducting campus recruiting at major universities nationwide since the 26th of last month. On the 19th, a recruitment briefing will be held where President Kang Gu-young will personally participate, coinciding with the opening ceremony of the KAI-KAIST joint research institute in Daejeon.
For foreign talent, including students from overseas universities who are restricted from attending in-person recruiting, job consultations will take place on the online metaverse platform on the 21st.
President Kang noted, "Given the characteristics of the aerospace industry, which involves long-term research and development, it is very important to secure and cultivate talent for future projects."
